1. Processing Time
- Customized products require additional production time. This is typically 2-3 weeks and begins once order has been placed, the design is finalized, and full payment has been received.
2. Delivery Time
- After production is complete, standard delivery timelines apply. These depend on the selected shipping method:

3. Order Tracking

5. Returns and Exchanges
- Due to the personalized nature of customized products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

6. International Shipping
- For international orders, customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.
