  • Customized products require additional production time. This is typically 2-3 weeks and begins once order has been placed, the design is finalized, and full payment has been received.

2. Delivery Time

  • After production is complete, standard delivery timelines apply. These depend on the selected shipping method:

  • Due to the personalized nature of customized products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
