Collection: Officer Phillip Wagner Memorial Fund Raiser

On Wednesday July 23rd, Officer Phillip Wagner, age 35, from Lorain Police Department in Lorain County, Ohio was tragically shot by a suspect in a plotted attack while he was sitting in his car eating lunch parked next to not only a coworker but his friend, Officer Peter Gale. While they were eating lunch, a suspect set up to not only end up taking Officer Wagner’s life but also to wound two other officers and change many lives forever. Officer Gale was wounded in the attack and first responding Officer Brent Payne was also shot while trying to get to the others who had radioed for help. Officer Wagner was life flighted to Metro Health Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio where he ultimately passed away from his injuries the following day on Thursday July 24th, 2025.

This unfortunate and tragic event left Officer Wagner’s wife Jess without a husband and three small children without a father. Phil was the father of two little girls and one sweet baby boy. He was known for the love of his family as well as his faith in God. He was also known for the love of his country as he was a United States Marine Corps Combat Veteran having served overseas. Phil also loved video games, Pokémon, all things firearms related and his cats too.

Phil started his career in a neighboring department and then transferred to the Lorain Police Department in February of 2022. He had joined the Lorain SWAT team and had just finished his first year of being on SWAT days prior to this attack. While Officer Wagner may be gone, his life and legacy will live on in his department, with his family and friends, and in the community.

As a owner of this company, Veteran and Law Enforcement officer I am honored to be able to host and help in any way with this fundraiser for the family of a fallen brother. The first coin that was made was reserved for Jess and the next three that are made are reserved for their children so that they each have one as they grow up. These coins along with a 8'' plate will be provided by us at no cost to the family and will not impact the money donated back to the family in any way.

This fundraiser is to support Officer Wagner’s wife Jess and their three children in their time of need and to show them how much Phil was loved by his fellow officers and the community both near and far. Fifty percent of the total profits will be donated back to them directly. There is a main remembrance coin that was made with the input of Jess as well as Phil’s sister-in-law Kasie. There are also other items listed below that are available for purchase and those items also contribute in the same way to the money raised for the family of Officer Wagner.
