Refund and Return Policy for Customized Products

1. General Policy

Customized products are uniquely crafted based on your specifications. Therefore, they are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they meet specific criteria outlined below.


2. Exceptions for Refunds and Returns

We accept refund or return requests only in the following cases:

  • Defective Product: If the product has a manufacturing defect.
  • Damaged During Shipping: If the product arrives damaged due to shipping.

In these cases, you may request a replacement or a full refund.


3. Timeframe for Claims

  • You must submit a claim within 5 Days of receiving your order.
  • Provide proof of the issue by sharing photos and a description of the problem with our team.

4. Resolution Process

  • Review Period: Claims are reviewed within 5 business days of submission.
  • Resolution: Once the claim is approved, we will:
    • Ship a replacement at no additional cost, or
    • Issue a full refund to your original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Scenarios

We cannot process refunds or returns for:

  • Errors caused by customer-provided information (e.g., typos, incorrect measurements).
  • Slight color or design variations due to screen displays.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders for customized products cannot be canceled once of order has been placed and design has been approved by customer. After this timeframe, production begins, and the order cannot be canceled.
